TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. The worst nightmare could have happen to our company was to sign a contract with Biffa. Finally we should get rid of your terrible service these days after one year suffering all your troubles. NEVER AGAIN and I highly recommend anyone to be away from Biffa.

Absolutely horrendous service

I was called yesterday and told we would not be let down ever again.

24 hrs later another missed service.

We should never have renewed our contract. Will be taking legal advice as this is untenable.

We have been with Biffa for nearly 3 years now. We were getting to the end of our tether with issues with collections. I spent a bit of time with Attila recently and between us we got things sorted. I have just signed a new contract 2 months ago under new conditions with Attila watching closely. Since then we have had great service and it is a great weight off my mind. Running a small business when you have rubbish piling up on your doorstep is very stressful. It's so great to arrive at our front door now in the mornings to see a clear walkway and doorway.

I have been using biffa for a number of years now, and in the beginning I had some issues. Since Atilla has taken over as my account manager, its been brilliant. All issues have been resolved and the service has been top notch. All credit to Atilla who has been amazing.

GH METALS LTD

We have used Biffa for over 15 years , during which time we were given a very good service . Any problems ( which were only small ones ) were dealt with promptly and efficiently , our assigned manager , for the last few years that has been Attila Husz , who has looked after us well .

I work on tooley street london. All the other wast collectors have their clients waste gone by 6am leaving the street clean. Everyday biffa waste sacks are outside 92 and an Indian and Mexican restaurant. This area has a lot of tourists so it's embarrassing to see 10 or more rubbish sacks strewn across the footpath. Disgusting

This is the worst waste company, until I signed the This is the worst waste company. Before I signed the contract, they made many promises—‘We do this, we do that, no problem.’ But once the contract was signed, their service turned out to be terrible. They often failed to collect the waste, giving excuses like ‘we forgot, sorry!’ I decided to cancel the contract, yet they charged me for three months despite not providing any service. I requested a full refund, and they promised to process it, but I am still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs! I do not want to attach email conversations.

Finally they refunded after 6 months..

Biffa doesn't come at a promised time which is after 8am with us. They come 5am in the morning waking every resident up in the building. They keep telling you they are trying to manage timeline but they don't.
