AVOID using BIFFA at all costs.
Completely incapable It’s a complete con . Tie you into a contract and delay cancellation at all costs by telling you business manager will calll in 5 working days. I have waited over 10 days. Cancelling due to terrible service. They fail to take bins as they send only one driver at a time. The driver is incapable to drag a bin even though it has wheels . They find any excuse in the book not to take it leaving full bins for you to deal with. Biffa proceed to demand payment for their “wasted trip”. I have seen the driver come and not even try before driving off. I have had to shovel rubbish as my bins got so full because they refused to take it. They are awful. They have also taken on three companies in the last year even though they can’t look after existing customers properly.
Visit Business waste management a broker who recommends a better provider there is better providers out there who won’t deliberately drain your money and time. I am not affiliated with any other company but I strongly advise against signing a contract with this awful company.

This company has simply been a joke. Dozens of missed collections and constant failure to respond to my emails. I have then demanded to end the cntract and that they collect their bins, to be ignored and not have any reply. 1 star is generous.

We have used them for our business general waste and recycling for a few years now. Cannot fault their service at all- highly recommend. The office staff are helpful and always reply quickly

Close pass by a truck up the top of Gloucester rd this morning on a blind bend, then immediately proceeded to run a red light. All fun and games until you kill someone isn’t it?

Probably the worst company i’ve come across in all my years in business. Constant incorrect invoicing, missed collections and wrong bin collections. Disgraceful.
