Just had the recycling collection wagon here on their fornightly visit.
Driver reversed down our narrow road with cars parked on pavements to allow for easier access. Reversed at high speed to each next house. God help anyone who happened to linger behind the wagon. An accident waiting to happen.
On completion of collections, drove away like a bat out of hell. Clearly in a rush this morning.

Honestly! This tip has a brilliant, cheerful crew? well laid out and so helpful. As I parked and creaked my way to the back of my car a young member of the crew bounded up to me and did all the lifting!!! Top marks!!!

I work next to this place and the smell is absolutely horrendous. How they got away with positioning a waste plant in that location is beyond me. Surely there are rules to protect the local people and wildlife from such horrible gases and chemicals God knows how people can even work there, they must need scrubbing down in the shower every 10 mins. It seriously stinks!! This place needs closing down!!!

Everyone else is praising the staff but the local environment has been destroyed since they set up. All the streams a full of tar like goo, the local fishing ponds fish are all dying out and the loads of ducks are covered in the tar they just dump into the ground which leeks through the small dirt wall that separates it from the rest of the areas water.

Well they obviously don't follow their closing times. Turned up at half 3 to get rid of rubbish and cardboard and closing hours state open til 4pm ... there were no signs of staff and barriers down. Shocking to say the least ?

Well done team. Life Saver!!!!!
When my mum threw her keys in with the waste everyone came to her assistance. Reassuring a now very distressed lady nothing was too much trouble and a manager even took the skip aside to empty it and safely return her keys. Thank you all so much, you have no idea how relieved my mum was. Shanks went above and beyond. Superb customer service. 5 stars!

Stinks absolutely vile, stomach turning odour. A blot on the landscape. A disgrace it was ever built near a village.
