Moved over to Biffa from a different company and I am very impressed. Craig, my point on contact, listened to what we needed and kept me up to date with the moving over process. Any issues have been quickly resolved.

After years of missed collections, not fulfilling the terms of their contract & terrible customer service we had to go to the Local Government Ombudsman. Finally sorted & a much improved service. However, for about 6m/12m now back to old ways. No attempt to return bins to the correct place, obstructing our property, rude operatives & standard responses from the Customer Service team. No detailed response or hope that issues be resolved or even understood. Awful.

Craig at Biffa has been incredibly helpful to Fingers and Forks during our busy wedding season. He has helped us to arrange additional bins during the peak of our season, rescheduled our collections extremely quickly at times when collections were missed and been on hand to quickly rectify any other issues we have encountered. Proactice Waste Review- Craig More from Biffa contacted me regards my query over my recycled waste costs. The costs were proving to be prohibative due to the Limited Violumes we were producing.
Craig offered a solution that enabled me to maintain the Recycled provision by off seeting costs aginst my general weaste provison.
Resuilt of which is that i am still maintaining recycled waste streams and have actually saved £ across all waste streams for the site.
The benefit here is not just the £ saving moreover the proactive approach of the Biffa Account manager ( Craig Moore) in proactivly reviewing the account, volumes, waste streams and costs and coming up with a solution that works well for both Biffa and myself.
