Wish i could give 0 stars. The reps lie to you getting you into a contract, and then theres a £80 fee to get out of it. Two people i spoke to gave me two different cancellation fees, so goes to show the organisation of this company. I noticed bins werent being emptied and i was still being charged, when i wasted my time calling them to sort it out instead of crediting me for the missed trip, they ADDED another cost to the bill! Accounts are absolutely useless. The driver that services my area is very lazy and short tempered, he abandons the bin in the middle of the yard after emptying rather than putting it back in the place he got it from (perfectly accessable with no curb or anything!) anyway, long story short after the hundreds of calls complaining about the service i managed to get the account closed and moved to AMEY who are HALF the price!!! To put the icing on the cake im still being billed for bin lifts three months after my account was closed and i dont even have a bin here! Another phone call to them tomorrow wasting more of my time!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Use Amey! Extremely responsive and answers all enquiries perfectly. Very happy to have left Biffa! Money grabbing time wasters!

do not use this company, their reps lie to you and then tie you into a contract that will cost you money to get out of even though they the contract was sold to you by deceit, they then lie about bins being emptied as the bin we had never ever had any waste in it. this is a dishonest company and they really don't care about customer service, avoid at all costs, and talking about costs there will be hidden costs that were not mentioned at all. dishonest beyond belief. if i could give them minus stars i would

Avoid this company at all costs! I was with them and moved to Shanks. Unfortunately Biffa took over Shanks and since then prices have shot up (including an additional fuel surcharge) and a non-existence customer service.

Honestly the worst service imaginable. No response on the phone ever. Rarely respond to emails.
Haven’t collected waste at my place of work for nearly 2 weeks yet can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted.
