Hayley was really helpful when we had issue with other people using our bin. She arranged for it to be changed so we could lock it. The chap who delivered the new bin was also very helpful and recommended we kept our bin as it was better than the one he was going to replace it with. He did give us a couple of keys for our current bin so we can now lock it and hopefully prevent others using it. Both were very friendly and helpful.

We were about to cancel our waste contract with Biffa Waste, and move to another local company.
When Hayley Job contacted us to discuss our reasons for leaving, she offered us options to keep us as long-standing clients.
The lovely thing was that she meet us in person, whereby she carefully listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
She was polite, professional, always available to answer our questions and provided solutions without any hard sales or pressure.
The funniest thing was when turned up in hi-vis with her driver Shaun, to personally do the site clearance, which we must of truly been above and beyond her job description requires !!!
We are beyond grateful for Hayley’s expertise, support throughout the whole process and can’t recommend her and her company high enough.
We will 100% be going back to her, when our contact is back up for the next renewal.

I have been using Biffa now for a few years and I can honestly give them a 5 Star review.
Both my general waste & mixed recycling bins are emptied regularly and on scheduled days.
Billing and waste control is easy with an online account and invoices come out regular via email.
I have a lovely business manager called Hayley who has been a pleasure to deal with, polite & very helpful with our changing needs.
Hayley is always quick to answer emails & deal with any issues that might crop up. Keep up the good work Hayley!

We were the original Wycombe Trade Waste, then Simplywaste and then now Biffa Waste customer. Having the online account has been far more easier with looking at invoices, services and for contacting them.
We think that having now a reliable account manager has made a lot of difference. Our account manager is called Hayley, she understands waste and listens to your requirements rather than having just a sales rep who just wants to gets contracts signed to tick that job off. She understood our brief, gave us an acceptable proposal and we were happy to sign a contract which was fair to the current turbulent market.
We have very little service issues and have been coming on time for the days they have said.
Thanks so much Hayley for making re-contracting easy for us. Let’s chat again next year.
