I have been attempting to have Biffa remove my bins as a service they offer to disabled people for a year now. Unfortunately they often forget or just lose my bins. They also don't remove the multiple other bins left scattered and blocking my pathway, even when you've reported them several times. Don't bother complaining either, as they will ignore their own failures and fob you off. Rubbish service.

They will only check every month if direct debit is going or not. they don't care about the services. may be some the driver will contact you directly to pay them instread of the biffa. but avoid this is against. all the staff and drivers and everyone is looking for their own gain isntead of the worrying about the bosses profit. I wish bosses contact me so I can provide some proof.

I'm sorry but this problem has been going on for years ! Because I complained to one of the drivers about not locking the bin room door of our flats and since then he has been doing everything in his power to make us suffer again he has been uncooperative and he was laughing and saying he watched me get beat up on the front so I really shouted as this is not true at all he then smirked at me and said why don't you report me then and started to laugh! The poor lad didn't know what to do I think.he was scared of him I think that this is not the sort of person you should represent your company ! 176 Lawtonmoor road m23 0pp

Do not use these jokers. Avoid at all costs. We were business customers of Viridor for 4 years & they never missed a collection. Biffa bought out our contract & have failed to collect our waste for the last 6 weeks. The time we have wasted chasing them up is unreal. A total joke of a business. Feel sorry for the call centre staff.

Thanks for the reply, but it's way too late for an apology or promises of escalation.

It's difficult to accept any further assurances that you can do better - it seems you cannot.

Have cancelled our contract and can't wait to be rid of you. Unfortunately, that does not solve the health hazard you have accrued here at our premises over the last 6 weeks!

I don’t enjoy complaining but wow, this company is substandard company is awful.
Contacted customer service around 3 times and been given false promises, you pay for a service expecting it to be delivered, they will take your money and forget about you.
Left my excess business waste out, thinking they would have some common sense and take it, but it was left to rot, and then we put the waste on top of the bin for the week after only for them to take the excess waste out and leave it on the side again, the cheek.
About as terrible as the last company they took over.
Beyond a joke, if you want to keep your business running, raise your standards.

For the second month running my blue paper bin hasn't been emptied. Reported it to the council and requested to speak to someone from Biffa. Nothing. Rang the council again 5 days later. On hold for 30 minutes to be told that apparently my bin was contaminated and that's why it wasn't emptied. What a load of rubbish. That's just a cop out by the bin men as a reason for not emptying my bin. My neighbours bin was only half emptied. I have photo taken by my neighbour of the contents when she brought in my FULL bin. Clearly showing no contamination. I would like someone from Biffa to contact me.

The service is so poor my collection is every week on Thursday but they keep miss my collection so I had to wait for two weeks for my collection by the time it gets overflow and starts smelling. Im so Frustrated over there service every time I ring to customer service regarding my collection missed they say we are sorry we will speak to our depo and let you know which they never do agian. Dont trust biffa anymore they used to be really good not now .

Council using biffa spies to come around and search in our bins to see if we are recycling quick to send out fines.. Coming from a company that has just list a court battle for sending all of its dirty waste to China.. And stinking a landfill out filling it with smelly gases.. The recycling industry is a big scam and we need wakeup to it
