Avoid this company for your own sake and sanity. Iā€™ve had problems literally every single week for 2 months since signing up. My glass collection is missed every single week, this week they sent a picture saying the bin was not left out.. with the bin front and centre of the picture, right at the road side where they have asked. I have rang about 30 times over the last couple of months, and all attempts to lodge a complaint have been ignored.

Totally incompetent. Moved premises 2 months ago and have been asking biffa to move our bin to our new premises for that full time. They tried to deliver the bin last week to the wrong address. We spoke to them and weā€™re told that we would be a priority to get a bin out to. Been waiting a week and spoke to them today to be told that itā€™ll be another 3 weeks till we can get a bin. Currently sat accumulating waste at our site now as we have nowhere to dispose of this. Absolutely some of the worst service I have ever received.

Absolutely abysmal service from Biffa from the start of our business contract with them right up until the end when I was forced to terminate our contract with them. Bins repeatedly not emptied due to drivers/operators being too lazy. Always blamed blocked access but then they would upload photos clearly showing there was no blocked access. These would leave us with overflowing bins and failed collection charges each time. I tried to resolve this issue week after week with various ā€˜business improvement managersā€™ but to no avail.

P*ss poor service from a p*ss poor company that have no interest in customer retention. Avoid at all costs!

Hopelessā€¦Totally hopelessā€¦A ton of problems with this company. They are making it difficult to exit the agreement. They require 3 months termination notice and during termination period they donā€™t collect waste although waste collection charges are applied.
Slow response, poor customer service. 90 days of complaining with no satisfactory outcome. Unacceptable trading standards, illegal business activity, distress and inconvenience for our business. Stay away from them!

Definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with in 50 years of being in business the lack off communication is unacceptable if you need help if there is a dispute going on it is ignored then you are bombarded with texts emails hope this helps to improve your staff with customer relationships

Don't bother they used to be good but lately they have let me down 4times in different occasions they did not collected in on the day they should specifically knowing is food businesses. I have called them yet still waiting 3days has gone by. Surely will be cancelling the contract and have forwarded the message to local authorities.
