This company have taken over previous Viridor customers.
Ever since this has happened the service is atrocious.
We have to ring up and complain and ask where our collection is at least twice a month.
Collections don't happen, they're constantly missed, yet they feel they can still invoice us.
When the driver was spotted today he was asked if he could take our Fridays missed collection, and he refused with attitude.
All of our local businesses also have collection issues.
If this doesn't improve we shall go elsewhere.

What a joke - driver (VO13URS) parked up on the main road in Rushden obstructing the traffic while playing on his phone and running the engine. Happening right now. I wonder where this company gets cheap diesel from? Thanks for contributing to climate warming, not! ?‍♂️

since taking over from Viridor you are constantly not turning up on the arranged collection day which just leaves my business with a large accumulation of rubbish. this is now the 5th or 6th time in 3 months, very disappointing as Viridor were previously always good!!

18 Months with Biffa - shocking business service from the start. Poor comms, missed collections, rude staff a total joke. Requested to break the contract on multiple occasions to never hear from them again.

Awful service constantly do not turn up then charge extra for a missed collection. Customer service awful lied about waste always being weighed. When contact customer service they never put the service right. Do not use awful.

This company only turns up half of the time and they still charge for it applying service DO NOT US.
