I've been woken up by Biffa in the early hours of the morning so many times now I've lost count. Collecting bottle bins in a primarily residential area at 4am is inconsiderate. Doing it repeatedly is nothing short of malicious. This company does not care or listen to complaints from members of the public. I've seen multiple reviews saying similar things and nothing changes. What a joke of a company. I'd be embarrassed by that level of incompetence. Collecting bins is their only job... And they can't do that right. Something seems dodgy to me about a company who struggles to do one job. What else are they doing?

Iv uploaded the cctv to the internet and have send copies to local MP’s
As well as councillors, this has got to stop your company does not listen to complaints or the law.!!!

Maybe I should just use AI photo snap to find out who the driver is and then turn up at his address at 4 in the morning and move his bottle bins and wake him up…. Now that’s a good idea people have commented on the video with his name but will see if it’s right

Biffa it’s the worst company very bad service rude staff and management
This company is the largest company for theft, looting and fraud. Please be careful, especially business owners. They will fine you and do not provide any services. They are thieves.
I had a contract with them for a year that they would take the trash every week, but they only came once a month. Every week, I called them and waited a long time, and they did not respond. In short, please, please, do not deal with this trivial company.

I live in a residential estate in norwich city centre every couple days this company decides to empty the bottle bins at 4:10 am,
5 times since the start of there contract with the raindeer pub on Dereham road norwich this has been witnessed by cctv from the start please biffa follow your own code of practice….. as you can see by the time of this post its AM Iv been woken up again along with most of the Neighbourhood I will be making another complaint to norwich city council and norfolk city council and the ombudsman….. this is not a commercial Area….!!!

I don't like to leave poor reviews but this business is shocking and have caused me and my business a great deal of stress and loss.theu failed to collect the bins for many weeks then claimed the build up was my fault. When I cancelled the payments they falsely claimed this is why they stopped collecting. They then took me to court trying to claim a years contract worth of payments and somehow managed to achieve their goal even though I asked for a rolling contract. I called probably over 100 times when they didn't collect the bins and never had any help trying to resolve the issue. Avoid this business at all costs, their are many reliable and decent waste disposal business out there that will actually collect your bins and not chase you for money for a service they did not provide like Biffa.

Hopeless. I contacted them 3 times to ask for help for our parish council, but they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge even one of them. If you can find someone else, I recommend you use them instead.

I messaged just like you asked. Heard nothing in 2 weeks. Not even an acknowledgement. I was wrong in my original post. You're not hopeless, you're completely useless!
