Used for our business waste. Don't collect on specified days. Attempt to collect on Saturday's or out of business hours from a business address then charge for missed collections. Don't respond to multiple emails. Useless. Bins overflowing, when they finally make a collection driver disappears without taking all waste. Really poor service. Avoid. Have now been waiting over 4 weeks for a collection.

Been using Biffa to dispose of our Business waste (mixed recycling and general) for almost a year now and so far I can't recall a single month that we haven't had some form of issue. The latest in a long list of problems is our mixed recycling hasn't been collected since 10/2/21 (was due 10/3/21). We raised this concern with customer services and they told us that the depot had told them that the mixed recycling had been collected as per the schedule, which is hadn't. We then had to provide proof from our CCTV footage that this wasn't the case. They are supposedly collecting it out today, however we have been told we will get charged twice all because of their mistake, which is disgusting. Avoid at all costs!
