Terrible service. I haven't been able to get an invoice from them for the past 18 months. Gotten to the point of no resolution and cancelled my contract, to be slapped with a £400 bill for leaving a contract I have no reference of agreeing to.
Used to be the best, now one of the worst. Go with someone cheaper, even if.the service is terrible, you're not losing out on anything, other than a bigger bill from these jokers.

We have two large waste bins to be emptied twice weekly! Since May our bins have hardly been emptied twice a week, we are lucky if its once a week! Calling and trying to get a solution is painful, I would also like to add that the General Manager from the Peterborough branch is very unhelpful and honestly does not care about customer needs. We pay for a service we do not receive! Its caused lots of health and safety issues as the bins are constantly overflowing! AVOID LIKE A BAD SMELL! LACK OF SERVICE! AVOID
