Wouldn't even give a star.
General bin not emptied since May. Due to be emptied, left out on bin day as normal with correct rubbish inside. Bin not collected, so rightly reported missed bin collection with Wealden Council. This then got ruled out as they supposedly came and emptied the bins a few days later than the original bin day due to the strike. Complete lie as neighbours bins were all emptied on the usual bin day, ours just clearly missed. Requested bin to be emptied and they declined my request and advised we would have to wait until the following week. That's now a month and a half without collection. Bins overflowing and we have a small child. Disgraceful.

Been on strike and now several weeks after an agreed pay rise and rounds have resumed you still are days behind on collections in Willingdon. Yet another occasion where refuse was due to be collected (Tues) and this eve (Friday) bins are still full and swarming with flies in the hot weather. What are we actually paying for?
Oh and please return the bins to the address they were collected from - not dumped together at the top of the road so cars get damaged or pushchairs/vulnerable residents can’t get past. We have put up with this behaviour for long enough so do the job you are now now getting paid for!!!!

Obscene (17% 🤡) and vulgar requests for pay increase by Biffa during an extended strike period. Councils should terminate contracts for what were already a sub standard service.

Rubbish bin emptied instead of recycling 7days later still waiting for recycling bin to be emptied. 5 phone calls between wealden council and biffa, appalling service.
