A very bad service. I have a restaurant, Pinsarkè Italian restaurant. I paid them for almost 4 years and very often they did not collect anything. I sent letters, emails, pictures , complains but Nothing to do. They can send emails but you can t reply. There is not a way to comunicate with them. They continue to send me invoices to pay but I have another waste company for many months. I will go to the court to receive back any single invoice I paid them especially if they continue to pretend money from me. Zero stars. Zero service.

Shocking I wish I could give zero stars. Green waste has not been collected from my house this year probably much longer than that. When I phoned up to complain I was told I have to make a complaint within 24 hours. So that's another two weeks to see whether it gets collected. Also there was an incident at my work where essential maintenance was being carried out on some radar equipment. Despite the signage and cones put out. A waste disposal truck drove straight through the cordon. Then after being admonished the driver did it again. The company? Biffa! Absolute clowns.

A poor service. Last year I was forced to complain to the CEO by e mail after several collections were missed. For a time, the service improved, but my bin was not collected this morning - it hasnt been collected since before Christmas. I have been told to leave it out for tge next 2 or 3 days

A really terrible service. Repeated failures to collect rubbish on time and sometimes not at all. The CE told me they don’t have a complaints procedure so I couldn’t complain. When reporting missed collections frequently told the lorry arrived but bins not out when they were.
