Biffa is unreliable for waste clearance for your business. Just DON'T do it to yourself, use anyone else. Must have missed at least 25% of collections this year... no matter what we try and change, add more collection days , extra bins, we're always left in problems because of a failed service. They're terrible and will happily try anyone else. Their drivers always complain they're doing too much on their routes and that we should complain... which we have been almost weekly, who has time for that!!

ANOTHER MISSED COLLECTION FOR OUR WHOLE STREET
DREADFUL BUT DON’T HAVE A SAY AS LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON HAVE OUTSOURCED THE SERVICE TO THEM

I live in Wallington, Surrey which is managed by the London Borough of Sutton.

On Saturday, 20 January 2018 we were due to get the general waste, recycling, food and garden waste collected.

I called the London Borough of Sutton to be advised by the call handler the customer service office was closed even though it was during the opening hours listed on their website. Whilst holding it also mentions it’s quicker to use Report It on their website. I thought I would try this option only to put my address in to find out there’s no selection option to report a missed collection so couldn’t even do that.

I decided to call back to report it. All customer services do is log it on the computer and then nothing seems to be done about it.

This is not the first time.

It’s s complete shambles!!!

I hope they don’t renew the contract.
