Biffa operatives returned my bin at speed and just let them slam into my wall dislodging several bricks. I have it on CCTV and I am pursuing a repair.

There have been no waste pickups for three weeks, creating a hazardous situation. Despite daily assurances from customer service, no collections have been made.

The inconsistency in bin collection has been appalling. Being told on the phone their service level agreement was 50% as shown in the terms and conditions which I had agreed to. When questioned further to show me where in the T&C, they changed their tune and actually put in writing to me that "The 50% is an internal decision by Biffa". If they really believe that this is an acceptable service level, they do not deserve to be in business.

It is coming up to 12 months now that I have been working via the council to get Biffa contractors to do a very simple task: return the bins from where you collect them. For a reason which escapes me, despite months and months of raising complaints, biffa refuse collectors empty my bins and then leave them half a street away!! I’ve asked the council whether my ask is too much and they insist that biffa should be returning bins from where they’re collected. In 12 months they have only ever managed to do this once. This is shameful and a serious lack of ability. It’s not rocket science. I am going to be contacting every local media outlet there is and expose this farcical company. I even have videos of their team leaving the bin in the wrong place and then waving at me as they walk right past my house but without returning the bins. It’s disgusting and seems racially motivated as everyone else’s bins get returned.

Biffa recycling lorry operative on the 07/02/23 whilst picking up blue recycling bins on behalf of Warwickshire District Council the operative urinated on the private property within the cloths lines are of the property.

Billed for collection that never happened, had notifications that they collected on 23rd two recycle bins even though we only have one and on the 25th for general waste. Neither of these services ever happened !!!
Nice way to get revenue up without carrying out the service.
