Drivers can't be bothered to collect bins and make silly excuses as to why they didn't collect. Customer services is terrible. Over priced and with poor service. I dont know why I put up with it for so long! If they don't collect the bin I have had full now for 6 weeks... it's going on a pallet back to the nearest depot!

I have since had contact with customer services, who have been quite helpful and promised a refund for the failed collections so I have changed the rating to 3 stars. I will monitor then I will review again in a month or so time.

ANOTHER UPDATE: it’s now 29/12/22 and still nothing!!!!

UPDATE: It’s now 17/11/22 over 6 months after the initial call and still no removal of the bins. Rogue bins 3795!!! Midland Road Ws1 3qq!!!

Called this company 05/05/22 to collect their rogue bins (3795) dumped near our site and then followed up with more calls. It’s now 20/10/22 and still not collected! Complete waste of a company! Literally.

OMG after 5 years they get in touch, cost me hundreds of pounds in missed collections I was charged for, photographic evidence of drivers taking pictures of next door property saying our bins weren't out, still no recourse, so up and left

Utterly shocking. Missed collections, refusal to follow up. No call backs, but weirdly their direct debit always seems to work.
How they ever made it to be the UK's number one is beyond me. Absolutely abysmal.
