One of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. Customer services are practically non excitant they just repeat themselves over and over again going round in circles completely incompetent.

We have waited almost 2 weeks for our collection, they have missed 3 collections and still nowhere to be seen.

On Monday they said they completed the pick up, unless they have new invisible trucks they did not come as rubbish has piled up so high now its gone beyond a joke.

Flies have taken over our yard, like we are working near a swamp.

They are quick to take payment but not provide a service.

Shame on you Biffa

Awful customer services. Nearly a year of missed pick ups, being over charged and Biffa breaching their contract. We have always paid on time, even though the amounts were wrong. We have asked to cancel after giving them so many chances and then they send a £1200 liquidated damages charge.

What a complete joke. We are now having to take them to court for damages.

Really don't know where to start with this review.
Poorest customer services I've ever came across. Send uncountable complains email without any respond to them. So many time we informed them that our site is only open Monday to Friday 7am until 7pm and Saturday 7am until 5pm. And for so many weeks Biffa is coming at 3am or 1am to collect the rubbish. I wish that there's a options of not giving any star to post the review but unfortunately there is not so I have to give them one star.
