Great service today. Thanks!
The man at the gate was very welcoming .
The staff "up the hill" kindly helped me unload my car and were very keen to avoid any harm to the car, from the various sharp pieces of wood that I had taken. John E. was particularly considerate.

We had a tumble dryer to move out of the car which he did with another guy.
He was incredibly helpful, polite & kind.

I think many of us were sceptical when the booking system was introduced across West Sussex recycling centres, it seems our fears were unnecessary. The system works like a dream with rarely a queue, furthermore, the staff are exceptional. Every time I visit, the staff impress me with their helpfulness and politeness, especially J.E. who clearly runs a tight ship. Well done and thank you.

I visit the recycling centre regularly and I always find it easy to use. The booking system is simple and it means there’s never a queue. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially John E. John often gives advice on the bin to use for my various waste items and he often carries the rubbish for me.
