Arranged visit for Friday 23rd May 2025 to empty the septic pit. Aaron turned up on time in one of the nicely branded lorries.
Everything went like clockwork and the job was done in what seemed like a blink of an eye.

Couldn't have asked for more and appreciated the kindness, courtesy and consideration shown by Aaron.

I really can't sign off without also expressing my thanks to
Sue Gage also of Binder's for putting up with my numerous

I telephoned them yesterday because a weird rattling noise was coming from my system. I was somewhat grumpy because I thought perhaps it was caused by something done at the last service. The world's most cheerful engineer turned up this morning at 6:40, and had the problem fixed within half an hour. The culprit?..... an Ants Nest built around and inside the workings. There is no emoji available to depict my horror at this news. Thankfully the nest is removed (sorry to Ants everywhere), and proper working is restored. Thanks Binder.

What a wonderful company. We have just had an old septic tank removed and a new Water Filtration Plant put in by Binders. They made the whole operation as easy as possible and were highly efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Every once in a while you come across a company where every member of the staff. You dealt with is professional and better still genuinely helpful. Binder is the first company I have dealt with like this in 2024 and it’s late November. A big thank you and welldone to everyone involved.

We recently had our sewage treatment plant emptied and serviced. All of the staff I spoke to at Binder were super friendly and helpful. Binder seems to be a company that has that old fashioned approach to provide excellent customer service. Recommended.

We have just moved in to a property with a sewerage treatment plant. As we did not know when it was last serviced we contacted Binder Ltd. The service was 1st class from the initial phone call which was answered by a very friendly business representative to the engineer and tanker operative who again were friendly and informative.In this day and age it makes such a difference to have dealings with a company that show such respect for its customers.

This company has integrity and honour. They are no longer associated with MBR the puppy breeding facility for labs in Huntington. Little innocent puppies abused , tortured and then killed . Some bled to death . Binder Ltd has severed their ties with MBR . Well done guys . You have done the right thing . Be proud of yourselves
