The service we received from Bio Response was excellent from the first contact with Kristina in business development right the way through to the end of the work that Will and the team conducted on site, with kindness and sensitivity which was required at a particularly traumatic time following the sudden death of my brother.
We highly recommend their services to any domestic customer who finds themselves in the extreme and overwhelming circumstances that we did.

We have been using Bio Response for a few years now to assist us on projects such as war memorial cleaning, mould removal, loft lagging removal which included clean up of rodent droppings. We have always found them very helpful and highly professional when on site and they always complete the work to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Awful clean. Specifically requested cupboards to be cleaned, not done. Informed windows would be cleaned inside and out - not done. Kitchen sideboards sticky and dirty. Cobwebs all over the walls. Bathroom left covered in grime. The list just goes on, and on. ** Following posting my review I was contacted by bio response and asked how they could rectify things, they offered to return and carry out the clean properly but as I moved in the following day (which they were aware of) along with friends I’d cleaned the property myself. I was then sent an invoice with a 50% reduction as long as it was paid within 24hrs and I removed this review or edited it. The company cleared some areas well but it was far from what I had been promised and attention to detail was missing. I would recommend checking all work carried out following their visit.

The initial response from Darren who visited us who secured funding from our Insurance Company to clean up our kitchen, dining and seating area following the fire was really efficient. Craig, Will and Adam were with us for 3 days restoring all surfaces very professionally and were a pleasure to have around. We could not have experienced a better service. Thank you!
