I emailed and received a very competitive price. I confirmed and paid over the phone. The skip arrived on time, and the driver was very helpful, placing the skip exactly where I wanted it. The skip was collected as arranged without any hassle. The initial contact was all done via email, with very fast replies, and everything was sorted out on the same day.

Required a skip to clear in-laws house ready for sale. Shopped around for comparison prices and pleasantly surprised how competitive they were.
Requested quote and ordered from Lynne over the phone, paid by card and skip delivered within 2 x days.
Skip was filled in 3 x days and rang up for early collection, skip removed next day.
Excellent service and highly recommended.
Will use as first choice in the future.

Working in an unfamiliar area and having pulled a kitchen removal job forward as short notice I looked up local skip hire places and made contact with Bithells. Emma was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and having booked a skip it arrived within the hour (which I appreciate isn't always possible!!) The driver was equally polite and friendly and positioned the skip exactly where I needed it.....a skip which was clean and in its original shape, unlike some I've used! My only critique, though not specific to Bithells as they're all pretty much the same, is that the smaller skips tend to be a max week on the drive. As i needed it for longer to fulfil the installation timeframe of my project I paid a little extra to keep the skip for longer. Maybe something the skip hire places can consider when dealing with self employed tradesmen. That aside, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bithells and will use them again.
