Keisha (receptionist) had wonderful customer service, she was polite, friendly and went out her way to help me and my friend getting parts.

Also, Dave was excellent he went the extra mile. Tom, Nathan and Beejay were also very helpful.

The worst salvage yard in Notts the guy before me waited for an hour for them to get the part off they then broke it getting it off. I went for a fuel pump drove 40 miles to get there to be told they needed to get it off went for some food while waiting rang them 2 hours later and they still hadn’t started to remove it disgraceful Buisness

Phoned and asked for a part they said they had it got there for 4:15pm all the gates where locked they dont close till 5pm a member of staff said he closed because it was too dark and cold I told him I need the part because I need my car to take my kids to school in the morning he said no there's like 17 locks to unlock and there's nothing he can do plus the part was way over priced no wonder they have no customers there over priced rude and don't give a toss

Phoned last week for collection of my car to be scrapped. Monday 9am they were outside my house pushing my car off the drive and loading it on the back of the van. Free key ring and pen. Absolutely great service

Made arrangements for my car to be recycled/scrapped, it was a easy process, good communication, and the chap called BJ who collected my car, was very pleasant and professional, he sorted everything for me, I can recommend this service. I've not bought any parts as yet, but when I need anything I shall give them a call.
