I had a great experience with Black Star Recovery. James, the driver, was punctual and super professional. His friendly and calm demeanor made me feel secure as a single woman with a punctured tire on the A11. He even called ahead to the tire shop to ensure I got a fair deal on a new tire asking questions I didn’t know to ask so that I wasn’t getting up charged unnecessarily. The excellent service I received was far beyond my expectations. Truly heaven sent 🫶 Highly recommend their service!

I called Black Star to scoop up my car and take it to Kia in Cambridge for some warrantee work and they arrived exactly on time and did a perfect job.

James is an absolute hero. Came out to my stricken car late at night and shipped it to a workshop for repairs. He even mucked in with help from a winch pulling out a dent so we could get the car running happily again. He's a true gentleman, wonderfully helpful and deserves your time!

Sometimes in life we are in need at the most unexpected times. Today was one of those days.

Not knowing where to turn after a mechanical issue on my car, I luckily found Black Star and after one phone call, one of their drivers was with me within 30 minutes.

The representative couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, just what you need during a time of frustration and uncertainty.

Highest praise, in partnership with Total Auto Eaton Socon, Hamish recovered my car took it to main dealer as required. The communication were spot on kept me informed on the progress. The cost was reasonable as well. Obviously you don't want to find your self in such a position as needing recovery but if you do and i will again, use Black Star. Highly recommended.
