Perfectly easy tip to use. Went at 2pm on a Sunday (having pre booked) and I didn't have to queue, although a queue formed after I had parked up. The only thing to note is that the "textiles" recycling I was expecting wasn't there, instead 2 Salvation Army clothes and shoes bins - I put my textiles in anyway but not exactly what I was looking for as these were clothes not worth donating! I will try the New Bradwell one for the next time I need to get rid of old naff clothes.

After booking an available slot and arriving at the location in my VW Caddy, I was informed that I couldn’t dispose of my waste. Shortly after, a friend in a Skoda Roomster was allowed to do so. I was told that I have a van and that it’s not allowed, yet my friend with a very similar vehicle was permitted to dispose of waste. The lack of professionalism in this situation is pathetic. Despite my vehicle meeting the size restrictions, the staff made it a problem. I do not recommend this place; if you’re looking for trouble, this is the place for you. Never again.

As long as you have booked a slot before you decide to go there you will be ok.
Staff are helpful and there are signs above each area telling you what you can put into it.

Just visited Bleak Hall recycling. I took a Heavy Car Battery and some other stuff that is difficult to get collected by the bin people. I was helped today by a very nice guy called Amsel, he was cheerful, polite and really helpful, I asked where I should put the car Battery, he told.me not to worry, picked it up snd took it to whenever it goes. What a nice guy. Thanks Amsel.

Normally I find the team working to be really unhelpful, snappy and rude so I’ve never had much positive to say. Visited this morning and the chap working along with the young woman were really lovely , chatty and helpful. I wasn’t having the best morning so them being so friendly has made a difference to my day.

It's easy to book no que rage or wasted time getting into tip barrier that automatically opensand lets you in, friendly and helpful staff to help or advise. No people walking in and barging past you no business waste so you do not have to wait for them to unload a truck or van. An easy to book and use service.

Very well organised and efficient as always. It was a shame however having to listen to the male staff making inappropriate comments of a sexual nature regarding a woman who had arrived. This is not the 1960s anymore.
