COMPANY TAKEOVER CAll BLACKPOLE
Iike many of you I have not had a good experience with this compay. Especially when it came to contacting then and etting my skip remove. The good news is that they have been taken over by BLACKPOLE. I called them and my skip was collected in 24hrs

Honestly the worst skip hire we have ever used! I wish I had read these reviews because we had the exact same experience as everyone else. They would not remove ours skips and we had 2 that completely blocked our drive way. We waited months!
Such a shame as the guys that dropped the skips were absolutely lovely but as a company they are terrible! Caused us alot of unnecessary stress. For the same prices we've used Bushbury skips and they've been amazing!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I was told if I fill the skip on the day of arrival, then it could be collected the following day,
That was 4 weeks ago!

All I keep getting everytime I call is that there is a problem in the yard and they are struggling to do collection.

But I bet if I phone for a new one they will soon bring it to get their money 🤬

I was about to hire their services again but then read all the negative reviews. Last 2016, they were ok. Then i remembered last 2022, I booked them, in the receipt it says it will be collected automatically after 10 days. After 10 days, they didn’t. I called and was told that I have to book collection, making me feel it’s my fault. So here I am, about to hire them again but they have gotten worse.

Don’t use this company. Had a skip since December 2023. It is now April 2024! Came twice and refused to take my skip and said it was too full. We have had to pay £100 to have stuff removed off it even though it wasn’t high and we had another skip off someone else and they had no problem removing the other skip even though it was stacked much higher. Still not collected it. It has been 5 MONTHS!! The driver was rude. Couldn’t even be bothered to get out the lorry to tell me he come to collect the skip in January. He just beeped and said i can’t take it to full take stuff off it! Disgusting customer service never use them again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are the worst skip company in the west midlands, keep ringing to collect and saying they will do it but not doing, 3 months that my skip is on my driveway and had to involve the council now let's hope.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

Booked online using their booking form, confirmed a certain date end of may. Said day comes no sign of skip, call advised will come (bare in mind online advises from 630am and due to moving cars around someone was up at this time to ensure would go on drive) next day call again and then after complaining said skip got delivered. Should have knew from then really.

After a couple days call to advise skip is full and can be collected. Told added to list and will be removed.

A week later skip still on drive. Call up told it’s on urgent list.

A week later slip still on drive call up told due to hot weather a lot of their drivers have had time off or rang in sick? Promised Monday he collected.

Monday comes you guessed it. Skip still on drive. Call up told it’s urgent and can’t advise when it will be taken but it’s on urgent list.

A week later now into July slip still on drive, called everyday and they lie, rude, unprofessional and told will be collected. Husband rings while on holiday and gets owners partner she advises no record of our slip to be picked up!!!! She does however manage to book it for collection the week later.

Well, week later comes. Person comes to collect said skip. Clearly shouldn’t be driving. Struggles to get into drive (don’t even need to get in drive they didn’t when dropping off) and crashed van into my iron gates!!! Also goes to drive off. So I went outside and he’s drove off told me to call office.

Have called office and they offered to send someone to look if they can repair.

Would just avoid this company nothing but empty promises and be let down.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with the skip has been on my drive for months with myself calling several times to get it collected they say it will be collected tomorrow and no one comes. they just have excuses why it wasn't collected or they tried I have a ring door bell which no one even attempted to take it. Keep away there customer service is terrible. I wouldn't even give the 1*
