Avoid like the plague. Would not recommend.. I am truly disappointed in the service (minimal communication/updates) as well as parts supplied. The parts I ordered arrived damaged. I completely understand they are second hand and not brand new. But to be told the parts are "dirty" was utterly deceiving. Oh and the bubbling rust on one of the parts was never mentioned. There seems to be very little care between the business and consumer. Never the less thanks for the parts, they will not be going on the car.

Purchased a gearbox through first choice spares on the Wednesday. Was told the gearbox was in excellent condition. Called them everyday for an update, as I was desperate to get my car back as it was in the garage waiting for the new gearbox to go into. Had a call 5 days later on the Monday to be told the gearbox has a crack in it.

Was luckily enough to get a refund and I’m glad they made me aware of the crack. Just frustrating and they weren’t very re assuring at all with the whole order.

Absolutely avoid, I ordered an engine explained I couldn’t fit it for 2 month due to various commitments, asked if I could pay to secure it, was told it’s fine we will send now but don’t unwrap till ready to use. I did this and videoed as we opened so no confusion as to when we fitted it. On inspection the crankshaft had serious wear and was totally unserviceable. I called and sent video and pictures NO one would return the calls. Eventually I had to ask for assistance from Breakerlink theiy then told me only warranty one month, I asked surely after fitting? Still on the pallet still strapped hoses cut etc, after much communication he agreed to send me another engine explaining it’s much better than the first one, I added it couldn’t possibly be worse, for £200 postage. The engine arrived 3 days later but a totally the wrong engine wanted Vw lt got some Japanese engine, they are totally in trustworthy liars, and crooks, you cannot give lower than one star on here if I could it would be minus 100 please beware I have been in the motor trade 47 and never had to deal with scum like this before

Warning, do not buy from this company. Spoke to them regarding a door lock mechanism , they said that they had one, the next day they sent me a photo of the part. It didn't look the same , so I called them and they assured me that it was the correct part. I received the part which was NOT the correct part and also damaged and on looking carefully at one of the photos sent you can clearing see that the lock mechanism was bent. So They knew that it was the wrong part and that it was broken. They promised me a refund which I have Not received and now I cant get hold of them. Do not buy from this company.

I got a part and it was refundable, they checked the car part photo and all the details confirmed that it was the right part. It didn't fit into my car and I returned it back via tracked post and it costed me extra £20. They never refunded my money. They cannot be trusted. Spoke to Agent Awais who ordered me some parts. Unfortunately I had to sell the vehicle. I called back and he processed me a refund straight away and I received the amount within a week. Great Service. Thank you guys!

Absolutely shocking doesn't know what he has in stock I wanted 4 wheels he said he had all 4 the next day he sold 1 or 2 he wasn't sure and then he had 4 wheels aging then stopped responding cowboy outfit avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely useless company to deal with. I paid for a part and heard nothing for a week. When I rang them I was told they didn't have it in stock. They never returned one call despite constantly promising to. Avoid these feckless charlatans.
