A complete waste of time – utterly unprofessional

This place is a joke. I had to call for two weeks straight just to get an appointment, and once I finally got one, I had to wait another week. They told me I had to be there at 10:00 sharp, or they would give my slot to someone else and wouldn’t touch my car. So, I made sure to arrive at 9:00, just to be safe – and guess what? The mechanic didn’t even show up until 11:00.

When he finally arrived, he just parked my car in front of the garage and left it there until 6:00 in the evening. No checks, no diagnosis, absolutely nothing. I called at 2:00 pm to ask if he had at least taken a look at it, and he simply said, “I haven’t touched it yet.” I went back at 6:00 pm and, of course, my car was still in the exact same spot, untouched. All he said was, “Sorry, I didn’t have time.”

I asked if I could leave it overnight so he could check it the next day, and his response was: “Leave it if you want, but I don’t know if I’ll get to it tomorrow.” What’s the point of booking an appointment if they can’t even respect it? Why make me wait weeks if they’re not even going to do their job?

This place is an absolute waste of time, completely unprofessional and a total disgrace. Avoid it at all costs.
