One of the worst companies I've EVER had the misfortune to deal with, the owner is a liar, and tried to 'catch me out' and accused me of lying, & having the higher value part she'd mistakenly sent me. Took me weeks to get my refund, every attempt of contact was met with a snide sarcastic attitude. I had to take time off work and drive 15 miles to collect the part she sent me, had to complain to PayPal in the end and she returned that favour by blocking my IP address.

To respond to her response to my review - which pretty much shows the sort of company you are dealing with here and also contains more lies (she didnt even know what part she'd sent to me, or where it was, or if i'd collected it so not sure she can claim it could of been re-delivered)

They do lie, I have several witnesses, the "free parts" they claim they sent were the £1.10 seal I originally ordered, and took over 3 weeks to actually arrive (this went in the bin, as i would not trust any parts supplied by this lady on an engine in my boat). Yes I DID get a refund, but only after raising a claim via PAYPAL.

Like I said - Buyer Beware.
