Used to hate going to the tip, endless queuing, hoards of people etc. But since Bognor introduced the ‘time slot’ to book a visit, it’s been so much easier. Straight in, unload the car and off. The staff on site always seem very pleasant and willing to help. Thanks.👍

Went and dropped off things today. The stagg were so friendly and helpful, telling me what go where and even helping get stuff out the car.

Not nice people, had a van , no where on web site did it tell me I needed a permit for a van, or direct me to a permit site. incredibly rude and in professional old woman turned us away , all she kept saying was yes there is, so tried to demonstrate booking a slot and asked the old lady to show me where it said permit req, and she walked away. It's fortunate these people are not in charge of anything important, otherwise god help us. I suggest they are kept away from any sharp objects as brains are at a minimum at this site.

Found the booking service very easy. The staff are very helpful. It can get busy and parking is a bit tight but I have been here many times and never had any issues.
