I have been here several times just lately and have found shelly and Matilda in the weighbridge office too be very professional, polite, and helpful.
Even when they are busy it is always done with a smile its a shame more places are not like this .

People who works in the scale litle office have no manners to speak with drivers.. shouting like a a dog. Absolutely disgusting. This particular lady with glasses that apparently does what she wants ..no managers seems to care. But I do .. dont take this atutude from.nobody. really poor professionalism. This is just my experience. For sure nobody will care or do something about it.. just for the record..?

Staff (in the weighbridge hut) are so rude. Really needs to learn some manners. Forklift drivers on the other hand are very polite.

Rude,uneducated people...Especially the transport manager(Jason?)highly unprofessional-yelling and swearing on the driver who told him that his forklift driver damaged the trailer-he need a therapy and should not be working with other people

Just collected from them , the woman in the weighbridge was was polite and helpful, but the main forklift driver was one of the rudest and arrogant people I have meet
