Compared to other county's dumps, Bordon's is a breeze. Staff are amazingly helpful and will always go the extra mile. To even consider closing thus facility with all the new houses being built would be very short-sighted. Customer service at its best. Thank you

Really helpful, despite turning up, unbooked with 850 kgs of rubble from digging out our garden, they made an effort to minimise the cost of disposal, rather than just do a computer says no number on me

Excellent service and will be a great shame if it is closed down as planned. It’ll also be a nuisance having to go further afield to dispose of rubbish. Keep it open … please!!!

Father-in Law was prevented from taking two wicker chairs being discarded by another visitor. Staff advised that although they didn't want to keep them to resell, he couldn't take them as they had "touched the floor" and were thus their property.

They then tried to extrort him of £5 or they would be chucked in the skip.

Discussing, corrupt and to think we pay these peoples wages makes me furious.

I visit the Bordon recycling centre at least twice a month and always find the staff really helpful and cheerful. The site is very well organised and always clean and tidy. A big thank you to all the staff for making what is usually considered a chore, an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. Well done!

We have had cause to use this tip several times over the past 3 weeks and have found the staff to be polite and helpful everytime. We have even bought a couple of items from their shop at reasonable prices. Well done to all who work there!

The staff are soo helpful, I didn't need to ask for help but a gentleman came over and offered me help. The are also very friendly and will always guide you to the right place. You have to book a slot online, which means you can't just rock up.
