Dr Goga has never once failed me. I have never needed a return visit to rediscuss the same issue. He is my family doctor and the support and care he has for his patients is 5*. He goes above and beyond EVERYTIME. Your time booked with Dr G is YOUR time. He is fantastic and I can't thank him enough for everything these past few years!

Excellent practice, GPs & all staff are always supportive and helpful, they always went above and beyond to help. It's quite easy to get an appointment with the online booking system and most of the times is possible to get an appointment on the same day. Admin & paperwork are fairly managed in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I’m quite new to this practice but I am blown away by how good they are.
For context, I had something slightly worrying, got in touch at 10am, had an appointment at 12.30 same day (seen on time) was referred urgently, had a call from the hospital the same day and got booked in 1 day later. Maybe my view of the nhs is jaded but I’ll let you decide if that’s quick.

Whatever surgeries are getting poor reviews should emailed what this practice does.

I have recently moved back from Spain and asked on the m33s where to go to register to a doctor's and boundary house was mentioned it's not round the corner from where I live but I'm so glad I went there ..they have been so helpful and once I got my head round the GP ask I was sorted.
They have looked after me and I have so many ongoing problems and everything has been looked at I can't thank all of the staff and doctors physio that have taken care of me.i was told horror stories about moving back to the UK but I have to say Dr Grundy Dr Evans Dr Bindu and the team have been amazing .Highly recommend this surgery.

This medical practice is truly excellent.

The booking system is effective, the non-medical staff responsive, you can actually get seen and the doctors are excellent.

My family had to join this practice following the closure of another local practice and we have been really pleased with the move.

Really struggle to get a face to face appointment anymore . When I have it’s with someone random that’s covering .
Wheres all the regular GP’s? The rare occasion I have managed to get an appointment the waiting room has been empty .
Wednesday it’s shut for staff training !
This use to be a very well run surgery I don’t know what’s happened to it .

If I could give zero stars for the aggressive receptionist I would. We are patients not your enemy . How someone could be so rude and sit there Speaking so low and down to patients is beyond me . Wow. (Glasses and curly hair). Why such attutide . What happened to be kind and respectful to one another .

Been at this GP since I was a child. They respond very quickly to ask my GP requests, receptionist, nurses, and doctors are friendly and helpful. When I do have to call I get through quickly. I've had many positive experiences and no negative since being here.
Very sad that I have to move gps due to moving house but will definitely register again if 8m back in the area
