Such a happy place, the manager is always dancing. This brings great energy to the shop space. Amazing stock that has personality. Everyone should visit! It is a hidden gem!

wonderful sales ladies! they were so kind and accommodating and when we noted a stain, they immediately adjusted the price! the prices were incredibly reasonable (if not a steal!!!!) and the selection was great. I can’t wait to visit again in the future 🙂

What an amazing shop run by lovely, lovely people who genuinely make the day better! This is without doubt the best charity shop in London and probably the world- and the difference is the folk who work there.

The staff here are always lovely, the shop is always clean and well stocked. The store manager is really lovely, too! She gave me some urgently needed fashion advice, when picking out gifts for people. You probably can spot her because she’s always dressed really well and usually has a big smile on her face. The location of the shop is really good, loads of places to eat and drink close by and it’s walking distance from the train station too.

can’t really give a review of the shop itself as we were herded out of the door by an extremely rude staff member before we’d had a chance to browse (guessing it’s the manager other people have had issues with here?).

as we arrived we saw a sign on the window saying they’d be back in 10 minutes, however there were plenty of people inside and as we got to the door someone unlocked it for us. assuming it was staff, we said thanks and walked in.

at this point said manager rushes up to us, throw her arms into an X shape and rushes us back out the door whilst muttering something incoherent, slamming the door in our faces as we piled back onto the street.

i’m not saying we were in the right as the sign did say, but given the circumstances, i don’t think we deserved that - there’s certainly more polite ways of saying “we’re closed” to potential customers (even if you do have a shop full of people)!

don’t think i’d bother trying again.
