My car broke down this evening in a dangerous spot on the A556, in the dark and with no hard shoulder. National Highways arranged immediate recovery of my vehicle and Richard from Bowers came to my rescue. I recently visited Bowers for a tyre fitting, and I couldn't be more impressed. After having my MOT done at another garage, I was advised that rear tyres was near the limit. Based on this, I booked two tyres through Blackcircles.

When I arrived at Bowers, they took the time to show me that I actually only needed to replace one tyre. They even explained how to contact Blackcircles to return the second tyre, saving me money. Their honesty, professionalism, and friendly approach were truly refreshing.

It’s rare to find a garage this trustworthy, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

I'm disgusted with how the team at this place treated my car. The fact of the matter is they should know better than the fact that they had a backhander from the police. They should be more than aware that a Motability vehicle would always be at the highest of the extraordinary level that I've ever met some rude staff. They were so arrogant, and they were more than aware of what would happen to the car and force it onto the truck that could have broken. More physical damage to the vehicle would have been catastrophic.

16th of September; Update to my review back in February, as the company now got back to me. So, here's my reason's on their reply as they have turn that option of as I'm writing to discuss the recent correspondence regarding the delay in your response. I believe it is important to address the issue at hand in a timely manner, as it is essential for efficient business operations.

Furthermore, I would like to express my concern regarding the statement made regarding the proper handling of the car. It was explicitly communicated to me at the time that photographs were not to be taken. I am sure you can understand my confusion when a company discourages the taking of photos, as it raises questions about transparency and potential hidden issues.

Additionally, I would like to highlight that during the incident, I was awaiting mobility road side cover, which was only 10 minutes away. I was more than willing to assist in transporting the car back to the Trust Ford garage. However, upon arrival at their facility, it appeared to be in a suboptimal condition. It took numerous requests before I was granted permission to inspect the car, which I find concerning considering the value of the vehicle amounted to £30,000.

Moreover, it has come to my attention that the car experienced further issues subsequent to its return. I was informed by a representative from the RAC that the damage incurred was a result of mishandling of my car.

This is the second time I have used Bowers to recover our team Minibus and absolutely excellent service. The staff are very professional and will help in any way they can to assist you. The whole experience has been hassle free and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
