Every time we visit, the service is excellent, from the front office to the hardworking staff outside.
? 5* customer service. Best ♻️ centre in Bradford.
A special thank you to the 2 colleagues who allowed me to dispose my recycling without my permit (which I misplaced). They trusted me & I got another new one on the way back. Ya'll are amazing. ?

The staff at the actual recycling site are absolutely fantastic. So helpful and Kind!! However Wish I could give it 0 stars just for the old women in cust service office.. Racist and Rude!! So upsetting to see behaviour like this in 2024. Absolutely Appalled.

Went to the tip about an hour ago in this heat and not only were the chaps working there really helpful, they took my stuff from me to save me going up the steps. So, to ALL the lads at Bradford tip, THANK YOU.

Staff are friendly approachable.
Some staff are eager to help with small or large load but if you ask for help they will as I have on some occasions.

Just make sure you have your permit to hand when you arrive.

Asked if take one double glazed pane of glass said yes when we got there wouldn't let us and said go to office and was told would be £16 to dispose of 1 piece of window because of aluminum like it needed special treatment what a joke then was told to put it in general waste!!! Why did I just pay £16 to be dispossed of in general waste!! No wonder people dump stuff on streets when u got these con men charging u and not getting rid of proper!!! Another one for landfill
