I took a rental van full last week and all the guys on the site were friendly, helpful and cheerful, that alone warrants the five stars.

However, while I was there, there was an older lady who I observed being assisted, the lads had clearly seen her before and putting two and two together it seemed like she was disposing of a loved ones possessions possibly following a bereavement. The caring words and actions from the team towards this lady were an absolute credit to them.

They even saved a small potted tree brought in by another lady, which now has a chance at a new life just outside the fence.

Outstanding, going well above and beyond and well worthy of recognition!

Great location for the people of irlam and surronariwas to come and safely dispose of their waste. Great caring and attentive staff. I would have given 5 stars but today I'm taking one off for the sheer inconsiderate female emplyee operating the gate today. 18/1/25. Not a simple friendly greeting, smile nothing. Don't want to see her again

Great recycling centre with areas for just about every item you could fit in your car.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will point you to correct point for maximum recycling of your load.
All visits to this site have been quick with no queuing, easy entry and exit from/to main road.

We are emptying my mother in laws house. She was a bit of a hoarder and we had loads to take to the recycling centre. This place is amazingly well organised and well run. The stand out for me is how helpful the staff are - they are brilliant and helped us at a pretty stressful time - thank you.

Better than my nearest one at Stretford, quick turnaround, never had to queue. Helpful staff if needed unlike the clipboard management elsewhere
