I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The booking system means that you don't have to queue up. I can normally get a booking within an hour or so

The new online booking system works well and I've never visited where there's more than 6 or 7 cars there. It's well laid out and you can easily see where to dispose of your waste. Plus there's always someone on hand to help if you're not sure.

Not happy, que for nearly two hrs didn't know until I got to drop off point there not excepting trailers at the moment, no reminder on gate!
Not that I use the tip much from year to year.
Hired a van put my garden waste in van (fence panels and posts) took back next day, qued for an hr noticed various trailers coming out empty!!
Emptied then to be then told if I was noticed I would of been refused as I have too much!!
Then added if seen again I will be turned away.....

No sign on entrance to site.
Apparently on the web....

This place is amazing!!! Much cleaner and much more organised than Chelmsford one (you don't need to climb the ladders with whatever you are trying to get rid of).
But the icing on the cake is staff - there should be 6th star for them! Thank you Guys!

Well organised, clear signs, plenty of space for parking up to unload. The staff are friendly and helpful if you're unsure where any items need to go. As with all Essex recycling, make sure you book your slot online before the visit.
