This is a really excellent recycling centre. The site is clean and tidy, and the staff are excellent, especially Andy who was friendly and helpful. After numerous trips to recycle the contents of a house refurbishment, Andy was an ever present smiling face, which made the task of recycling so much more bearable. Well done to you all

Andy was very helpful today. Helped us sort through the various things and where to recycle them. Also helped us lift the heavy items into the skips which was much appreciated. Also can’t forget the service with a smile. Very helpful!

After a couple of weeks of absolutely soul destroying moving house, I have had to make numerous runs to the tip and I can not thank the guys enough for their assistance and friendly banter.... Honestly when you are emotionally and physically worn out, and overwhelmed by sorting things, some laughs and help while offloading things is hugely appreciated. Thanks Andy in particular, sure you dread my small car arriving with another load again and again, but it never shows, always a smile. Thank you, you all deserve 5 mega watt stars!

I visited the Brampton recycling center for the first time today and preferred it, compared to Carlisle.

The staff at Brampton demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were very accommodating.

I would like to particularly commend Andy, who clearly shows a strong passion for his work. I observed him positively engaging with other patrons and providing assistance to an elderly couple.

Andy is a credit to the local authority, he made me very welcomed.
