Rude, obnoxious staff that clearly don't like working there. Tried to rip me off with 30p a kilo. Went to Dunmow skips and they give me £4 a kilo. Work that one out

On forwarding the google review seemingly showing 1,000 views , the MD phoned me . Lady was polite and listened to my experience. She had a full record of visits. She explained that the price may have altered between visits and I will not have been remembered. I will suggest customers ask the value paid may be repeated on every visit for the same product. We went to the Cressing Site today, highly recommend, everybody was really helpful and lovely, highly efficient with the best prices, although there are places closer we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you so much ?

Agreed price per kg . Took in 5.8 tonnes and paid as agreed. Then unloaded , weighed in 1.32 tonne, scrap tidied into skip . Staff as usual , polite and helpful. Then owner appeared, price dropped £320.00p. Staff visibly on edge and avoided eye contact. So the owner with his big brash Range Rover could not resist a bit of sharp practice. So what could I do ? Queeried money and owner went away. Staff said price had dropped on metals market. Hmm . Andrew.
