Why does no one intervene in the fact that the rented premises in Swaffham, where we live, are constantly being used for the same type of business? There are already 18 hairdressers and barbers in total. New shops are still being opened in the closest areas. This situation affects everyone's economy. The current situation is already causing financial difficulties. But municipality workers do not monitor this and allow the same shops to open in close proximity. How can this happen?I want this to be taken care of
I know is free market but this is not fair
Why every town full of the nail bar hairdressers and charity shops is that new face of the Britain now myself running hairdressing business around 10 year now probably a couple of months I will be forced to close if I can afford to pay my bills why nobody monitoring this is unbelievable. When is justice that literally a few app is opening another barbershop Turkish barbershop everywhere Turkish barbershop one Street literally I see in the same places like a Norwich one street is a 10 barbershop why nobody care about that why nobody monitoring this who allowed them to open even Brecland Council Swaffham Dereham and Watton ,Brandon Aldeborough ,Fakenham ,Cromer everywhere is unbelievable what is this

I don’t know what to do now that much competition. it’s unbelievable.

Absolutely useless. Filled out forms online over and over and just get a different reference number each time!! Then get an email stating that I HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM. 3 Weeks later get an email saying we have received your information but not the application form Try and get in touch with someone there, DONT BOTHER. Waste of time. They make it so difficult to sort out the simplest of issues, don't waste your time. And people wonder why others get stressed and pissed off, Thanks council, you're worth every penny!! Why don't you call me instead of wasting my time trying Absolutely useless!!

Waste of time using automated services you just keep going from one to another and they make it impossible to speak to a real person

Breckland council are probably the worst council I've ever lived under as I've lived in three different counties, they've just announced more investment in Thetford never any investment in Watton, pathetic

Worst bunch of people I’ve ever spoken to. As useful as a chocolate teapot. And extremely rude too!! Thanks for making us overdrawn for the rest of the month because of YOUR system error. Asked to speak to a manager - ‘you can’t’ fantastic! Super helpful. NOT. Don’t get why we should be paying you a good chunk of our wages every month to be treated like DIRT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reported a roadsweeping issue yesterday evening on the council website.

Some 14 hours later by 09:30 this morning, the job has been completed to a very high standard. Can't ask for more than that! Thank you.

I would give no stars, this council is NOT FIT for purpose. I had been trying to help 88 year old with NO Internet. Called over 5 times, no replies to messages. when I did speak to them as held on and passed to someone they said they would email me details of how to sort stuff out and find housing associations. However you can't get past the complicated process, only online, to get registered. And you guessed it no email forthcoming. Just an abysmal council who obviously do not care about people living in Breckland disgusting the Boris Johnson of councils
