In May Brendan replaced the back and front door locks, fully explaining the quality of the new locks and also improvements in performance that we would benefit from. He was right… I no longer spend time on the doorstep wriggling the handle up and down… Bliss! As an extra, he noticed that one of the doors wasn’t properly fitted to the frame and did an adjustment to fix the problem… no charge!! He’s a nice guy and leaves you feeling reassured that hiring him was the correct decision.

Could not fault and happy to highly recommend Eckory Locksmiths. Mechanism in my UPVC door broke last Friday evening and after contacting Brendan, he was out to see the door on the Saturday afternoon to quote me a price and explain the issue with the door. Part was ordered and door fixed within a couple of days.

Great advice and explanation of what was needed as well as a recommendation to change the cheap lock which the house builder fitted.

Hi,
I would like to thank Eckory Locksmiths for their help in securing my home.
The prompt service and helpful approach was very reassuring.
Not only was the lock on the back patio door, which was preventing the door from being closed and secured , inspected and parts replaced, but during the call out, a check was made of the fitting and hang of the front door.
