Just googled to find the number to cancel an appointment and noticed someone said they were rude. Everyone is really always so lovely in this place. They make you feel welcome even when you’re as batty as I am. Both my Daughter and I use this dentist, and we are very happy with the treatment received. My daughter needed 4 extractions due to having a brace fitted, and Samah was brilliant with her, as my daughter is quite a nervous patient. I recently had two white fillings replaced, and I'm very happy with the work done! Highly recommend.

Samah is absolutely amazing, seen her a few times now & every time made me feel so at ease,I always dreaded the dentist but Samah has changed that for me,I also had an appointment for my Autistic ADHD son today, first time I have got him to a dentist in years due to his issues & just wow he took to her straight away ( which is a huge thing him ) & is happy to go back for a check up again. Can’t thank her enough. Receptionists & staff are wonderful

I had Composite bonding done on my 6 front teeth by Samah she has done an absolutely amazing job I couldn’t have asked for them to be done any better. I asked for a natural look but I still wanted people to notice that I’ve had them done , Samah knew exactly what I wanted and had done a fantastic job at achieving exactly that. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the process and I was also given the option to make any changes/adjustments at the end. Overall Samah didn’t an amazing job and it was a really good experience and I couldn’t recommend anyone/anywhere better to go and get your composite bonding done!

I just got a filling at this dental surgery, Samah and Alvaro were absolutely amazing! Whilst we were setting up, Samah was super chatty and made me feel way less nervous about the procedure. Additionally, she was really precise and sure to make sure everything was perfect before she finished.

Sent in application form over three months ago to register. Made clear was in pain. Only received complete rudeness from whoever takes the calls. Still got toothache 3 months on. Can't get an appointment until 'the management' say so. Dumfounded by the rudeness and the unprofessionalism.

I visited this dentist today and I have to say the young lady who treated me had little or no bedside manners at all.

I left feeling very low about myself.

You need to train your staff in the art of social skills.

There’s no place for arrogance when dealing with the general public.

Try harder. It’s not like you don’t charge enough.
