Dealt with a very helpful lady to arrange a skip for a clear out at home. Great that we were able to keep it for as long as required as it was a slow process in the end! The skip was delivered within 24hrs.
I contacted the same lady today for collection.We were in no particular hurry but it was collected within hours. This came as pleasant surprise as a previous company we’ve used had to be contacted multiple times before they finally came out over a week later. The staff members we have dealt with at Brocklehurst Skips have shown great customer service and we’ll certainly be using them again.

Called to report dangerous driving by one of the companies drivers. Rather than just apologise and say they would look into it i was asked if I knew how to drive a skip wagon by the very rude woman who answered. She then proceeded to raise her voice and become increasingly rude until she hung up. Judging by the other reviews for this company this is not unusual. If I was looking for a skip I would use any company but this one

Have used this firm for many years for skip hire and have obviously spent thousands of pounds. However, on the last 2 occasions the attitude and rudeness of the woman who answered the phone, beggars belief, arrogant, rude and dismissive are words to describe her, although I could think of a few more! Have gone to Alan's skip hire who I will be using in the future as they were incredibly helpful. Will not be recommending.

Ordered a skip at 8:30am and was delivered an hour later. We filled the skip with rubble and the driver was back the next morning to collect. 24 hour turnaround. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Having contacted a few skip hire companies whom didn’t get back to me or with ridiculous prices Darren got back to me with a great price but best of all “just call us when you want us to pick the skip up” This meant l was able to complete my job at my own pace This was a game changing attitude and have told several friends whom are doing DIY jobs and have sort brocklehurst services. In an era of “time is money bandits” It’s great to find a company that’s says call us when your ready in addition darren went the extra mile to bring scaffolding pipe in order to roll the skip in my backyard.
