0 zero star I Ordered Window cleaning pole I've asked updates on delivery Update couldn't give Straight answers And.
Then I spoke to someone about council the order They said they would cancel it This morning and get lie to by the. And receive no notification that is being cancelled.And have not received no refund for notification either And then?
You get members staff line to you as well And when you are speaking to the put the phone down to you

I called in today on the off chance I could get a replacement pole hose. Unfortunately for me there wasn't one available but they did have some off cuts knocking about I could pinch to get me out of a bind which meant I was able to finish off my days work. These guys saved my day which I am very grateful for. Thank you

I have recently just purchased two 25l bags of resin from brodex and they have upsold me from a company called the cleaning warehouse in which the product would have cost me £61.20 less I'm very disappointed in this as I had my machine fitted with them and believed we had a good relationship the bags even came in the cleaning warehouse packaging the absolute cheek is behond me 😭

Bought an AliGator Aluminium Water Fed Pole about two months ago. Waited to arrive for about a 3 weeks as the company made me aware about long delais in delivery.
Arrived in a small diffrerent spec than expected as I dismissed a crucial info written on the website.
I raised a small complain to the company and the complain was solved although I had no trust it would be.
John Beattie Senior Sales Advisor @Brodex is a man of his word and proved that the company trades in good faith.

Ordered some kit for domestic use on a taller property. Very helpful in the online chat and after item damaged by delivery driver excellent and quick service replacing a component within 24hrs. Would definitely recommend.

Would have given them 0 star but wont let me. I ordered one of their 25 foot Carbon Raptor Pole on the 16 of February, it came 10 working days later instead of 7 which was quoted on their website so not a great start. When I received it I was given the wrong one, I knew this becuase it was heavier and had fewer sections, and had a hybrid sticker on the pole, they tried to tell me that it was just the sticker but I knew it wasn't. Then they said I had to send it back at my own cost, which I was not impressed but eventually after multiple emails and phone calls (the customer service people on the other end were really snotty and horrible even though I hadn't swore or shouted, the first guy at the start of this hung up lol, (because he had just had a bad interview) they finally agreed to pay for it to be collected, then when it got back it took another 3 emails to reiceve confirmation of the refund which they said it would take 7 working days it took 12 working days to get me, not impressed at all with this company! Overall I would advise people if you don't want a headache and want clear, helpful customer service to avoid this company, I would recommend the window cleaning warehouse or the window clean centre. Stay away from these cowboys!!
