Got to say that I certainly don't understand the recent poor reviews.

I used this yard today for the first time, from my initial telephone contact yesterday to my dropping off my scrap today, I couldn't have been more impressed.

I was given a superb price by a very efficient and more importantly very polite Yvonne in the office, Wally on the forklift was happy, helpful, polite and efficient in unloading me and pointing me to the correct office for payment.

The lady in payments whose name I didn't get made it a TRIPLE in being just as happy, polite and efficient as Yvonne and Wally.

Massive thanks to the three of you for your help and courtesy today, you are all a credit to the company and I will certainly be using you again should the need arise.

Still waiting for payment for a skip full of scrap metal several years and numerous emails later we were told that driver should have given us a form. That’s odd as the drivers just collect and leave without warning or notification.
