Approached by very aggressive member of staff who asked if I had a permit for dumping some old garden trellis. He made no attempt to explain what a permit was if I needed it and why. Eventually I sorted the matter out in the site office. I have used this site for many years and must admit I have always found it an atimidating experience.

Excellent site. Whenever I have visited the staff have always been very helpful. There is one gentleman in particular, I think his name is Pauley, he is most helpful and always offers to help me, always smiling and making jokes, he is a credit to the Buckingham site.

I found this site to be warm and welcoming from the man on the gate initially advising me where to go and what went where. Also the staff within the site were very pleasant and helpful. I made a special point of thanking them for their help on the way out.

Fair play to these lads on the site, they were very helpful. I turned up in a van because it's all i have to drive, i explained it to them and they were very understanding. they even helped me unload and gave my dog a bit of fuss. very good experience, thanks all!
