Had a load of garage waste I wanted to get rid of. Leanne took me through the options and what would be the cheapest. She also told me that the date I wanted was available but to wait until Black Friday to book it as I'd get an extra 20% off. A company with integrity is such a rarity these days. Leanne you're a keeper for any company. Communication was great on the day and Wayne the driver was polite and extremely helpful. Another keeper. Well done Bucks, your employees are a representation of the company. Well played all.

They delivered a bent replacement skip which took 25 minutes and the use of my crowbar to shake off the full one they took away. During this process they wrecked the public footpath and sunk a small part of my drive.

The driver admitted it was the bent skip that caused the problem so would take photos and log a damage report for someone to get back in touch with me.

Never heard back for weeks until i chased and even though the driver never said anything about the weight of the skip being too heavy I was told it was a weight issue and to refer to their clauses which basically said they take no responsibility for any damage caused to a customer’s property. They no longer respond to my emails

So just make sure you check their clauses on their site at the very bottom. This was my mistake as they will never refer you to them until problems like this arise.

This company is so helpful. We’ve had all sorts of problems and had to reschedule collection several times - they have been really kind and helpful every time even though they must be really fed up with us!
