Left my disabled neighbour with a skip needing a skip they where rude horrible an un professional, would not use an hope woman on phone gets fired she the boss appreantly an puts phone down. Common thief's you wasted her time an money an the builders. Oh an worst oh they took cash no receipt!!!!

Delivery Driver spot on but the business as a whole is shocking been waiting 2 days for skip to be removed been told that it getting pushed to priority. And still nothing try calling and no answer. So I would advise you not use them! Or if you do and they don't collect just pay another company to come remove the skip!

I support the reviews who say they are terrible when it comes to removing the skip. I have rang numerous times and was promised collection on Saturday afternoon after 12. Still waiting, and of course, they are now closed. Why lie when they answer the phone? Untrustworthy.

Update. They did collect the skip late afternoon. I had sent an email, so whether they responded to that I don't know. I have suggested to them that, as a company, they need to be more pro active in their communications with customers. Other companies delivering things get the driver to give an approximate time and day of delivery. I'm sure this method would help them

What can I say I read the Customer reviews & quite frankley, I'm not surprised this company is so badly rated!!
A customer had ordered a Skip from said company & the Driver dumped it in a Garaged area, which is Private land, with 8 garages in plain view!!!! ( 1 being mine!!)
When I rang to complain, the Woman on the phone was most rude & did not understand the gravity of the Situation.
How can anyone with a brain park a skip there!!! And then, be rude to me when I ring to complain!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say. We have used this service for more than one occasion, and they are the cheapest around by far. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they get a skip out very very quickly. If one skip size youve ordered is not available they will bring the next size up out and you have 14 days to get it collected. We used Budget skips in the last couple of weeks for household waste. They came out the next day to give us the first, and the drivers are super friendly. Phoned to order another and they came this morning to drop off the next and pick up the full one. Can never fault on service. Its a shame they are stopping the service for welshpool because id definately recommend them to anyone needing a skip, but I can see why they have to make these decisions. Thank you for allowing us to have this bigger one and wishing you all the best. Your on our christmas list! ?

I have used Budget skips in the past for 8yd builder skips and their service is faultless. Today I have used their waste collection service and the value for money and service was brilliant. The guy was really helpful and soon had all of our rubbish cleared. I would highly recommend Budget skips to anyone looking for either skip hire or rubbish collection & removal.

Absolutely Incompetent

We have used this company twice now and neither experience has been particularly positive

The first time we filled the skip and called to arrange collection only told be told there was no record of us ever having hired a skip from them. Eventually they agreed to come and collect the skip. Two months later we get a phone call accusing us of still having the skip - I guess the paperwork had turned up Doesn't give me much faith in their GDPR policy.

Second time (and this will be the last) we asked for the largest skip they did. Skip came but was significantly smaller than the last one. I asked the delivery driver about this and he lied saying it was the biggest they did. We called the office to query this and were told it was there mistake and we could either have another smaller skip free of charge or a refund. Called today for a refund and theres no record of that conversation. Call hander was very abrupt - turns we were incorrectly charged in the first place. I will not be using again.

Quick to deliver the skip but absolutely horrendous service if you want the skip collecting. 7 times now I have requested a "pick up" and guess what, its still on my drive. If you want the skip left on your drive for over 2 months then yes, this is the firm for you otherwise I would steer well clear!
