Fantastic service. I needed an old, clunky and heavy treadmill removed from my property in Gateshead and had been let down by a previous waste management company who didn't turn up on the day. Booked with Shaun online, very easily, we were in touch via email, and I was given a very specific window so that I didn't have to wait around for too long. They came precisely at the time they said, not a minute late, and had no trouble finding the address, which many people do. The item was removed within a couple of minutes. Clean, friendly, timely, fairly proced job. 10/10!

Excellent prompt service. I had a tumble dryer and cooker that I wanted removed as I didn't want to damage my car. I rang the council and this was gonna cost £40 per item. I emailed budget waste and they got back to my email quickly asking for my phone number, they rang 5 mins later, and said they would be here within the hour which they were, and they removed both items for £25 they even asked if I wanted a load of cardboard taking that was piled up in my back garden that I was going to take to the tip for no extra cost. Very professional, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Shocking. Budget waste confirmed by email that a skip would be delivered Tuesday, (All booked in for you).
Rang Tuesday and they said it wasn't booked in, but would definitely be coming Wednesday. Rang Wednesday, not booked in again. Absolute joke

Both my sister and I are extremely impressed with Both Shaun and his team (two address’s one price) the service we received was prompt efficient and professional and a very reasonable price not only would I be more than happy to use them again I would be happy and confident in recommending them to both friends and family should the need arise
